One of the values taught at Sacred Heart is the importance of kindness. It was heart-warming to witness this in action last week when older students initiated a game of parachutes for the younger students at playtime. The sounds of joy and laughter filled the playground and brought a smile to the face of all who witnessed this act of kindness.

Acts of Kindness highlights the Gospel values of justice, compassion and kindness, and helps promote a sense of community responsibility that is at the heart of the ethos of Catholic education. Never underestimate the power of a small act of kindness
