Choosing the right school for your child's education is one of the most important decisions you will have to make and we are delighted that you are interested in Sacred Heart Primary School.

Sacred Heart Primary School continues the long and proud tradition of the provision of quality Catholic education in the Sandgate Parish.
Enrolments can be made, regardless of your faith background.
Enrolment Procedure
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Sacred Heart. Please find the procedure for your child's online application for enrolment. There is no fee involved in submitting an Enrolment Application. To submit your application, you will need to click on the link, enter and review the required details, complete and submit the form.
A copy of the print version of the Application for Enrolment is also available via the school office.

| STEP 1 An enrolment application is required for each child you wish to enrol. The form/s need to be fully completed with all supporting documentation attached.
· Copy of Birth Certificate – required by law · Copy of Visa / Passport / Citizenship Papers (if applicable) · Copy of any sacramental records (if applicable)
· Copy of any previous school's progress reports (if applicable) · Copy of relevant specialist reports / medical information (if applicable) · Copy of legal documents/court orders (if applicable)
· Copy of NAPLAN results (if applicable) The school office will acknowledge receipt of your application and advise you of anything else that is required to assist in considering the application. Alternatively, you may arrange to collect a hard copy of the enrolment form from the school office.

2
If your enrolment
application advances to step 2, we will invite you and your child(ren) to
attend an interview with the Principal. Interviews are part of the application
process and do not guarantee a place at the school.

Offered
a place
| STEP 3 If your application is successful, the Principal will offer your child(ren) a place at the school. Parents accept the offer by completing a Confirmation of Enrolment form, which will be provided by the school.

Tours and Enquiries
Private tours of our beautiful school campus are available Monday to Friday during term time. A school tour is an excellent opportunity to see our school in action first-hand.
We are always delighted to welcome prospective parents and their children, and we very much hope you will visit us to meet Principal, Sarah MacDonald and tour our beautiful school.
