Sergeant Bob from PCYC S​andgate has been running Cadet Club at Sacred Heart and today’s lesson was on emotional regulation. Cadet Club “inspires emotionally intelligent young leaders who feel connected and committed to their communities”. Our students had a great time learning about how they can be in charge of their emotions so they can strive, search and serve in their communities​.
